服務熱情。酒店在柯橋區離柯橋古鎮很近 但個人感覺柯橋古鎮是個商業街沒有江南古鎮原始的氛圍；個人推薦安昌古鎮 離酒店打車20多塊 酒店停車免費 如果停車超過1天 就需要從新進場一次

主要有2個大問題 1.靠體育館那一側 樓底下有個很大的鍋爐房 一直有比較大的低頻噪音 睡眠不好的慎選 2.空調是掛機 對床頭吹 其他無功無過吧 還有個小問題 我們房間電視是擺設 無法聯網（反正現在也沒人看電視了 無所謂了）

房間衞生狀況很差，門口衣櫃旁的地上竟然有煙頭，浴巾、漱口杯、衣架上都有別人的毛髮，枕頭上有大塊汙漬，兩個漱口杯一個有毛髮一個有黑色汙漬，床頭有一股淡淡的口水臭味，垃圾桶裡還有別人扔的紙巾。如果床鋪不是鋪好的，我真會以為這房間根本沒打掃過

宜必思尚品服務很專業，全程態度都特別好，貼心地延長退房時間。酒店位置和環境都非常好，連續住了四個晚上，每天衞生也都很盡心打掃。誠意推薦。

I booked the suite room. The room is nice but the walkway to the room felt stale and not cleaned well. In the room the floor felt like it was not cleaned properly when I checked in. Next day the cleaner did not change the mugs or even pick them up from the living room and put them back at the pantry. The worker also left a used towel they used to clean the basin next to the basin. Very poor level of cleaning. Even after i requested at the reception to tell the house keeping to clean the room well they didnt change the mugs throughout my stay. Had asked for a steam iron but they said its spoilt and they don't have one. I don't think I will stay here again.

非常好，經濟實惠，所處位置離魯迅故里、安昌古鎮等景點都很近，出門就是柯橋交通警察隊公交站。早餐很豐富，值得住進該店。

1.衞生一般，尤其是地板， 2.晚上都能聽到異響，電梯的聲音，咔咔的聲音沒法睡。 3.五一期間，570元/晚 確實比較差。各方面都不推薦。 唯一可以的就是停車還免費可以。IBIS讓我最失望的一次。我選擇ibis以為是比較乾淨的連鎖酒店下次不會選，不推薦。
